Collecting Parcels

When your parcel has been delivered to the parcel locker facility, an email will be sent to you. You can pick up your package with the pin or with the QR code.

Press the PICKUP button to pick up your delivery. (Image 5)

Please enter your PIN or scan the QR code that you received by email. (Image 6)

Once the locker is open, you can pick up your package and close the locker door so the locker can be used by other users. Press the EXIT button once you have closed the locker door. The app returns to the home screen. (Image 7)
