Select the DEPOSIT button to create your delivery. (Image 8)

Scan your Master QR-Code or enter your Master-PIN Code.

You can find your Master QR-Code and Master-PIN Code on https://my.smartboxbasel.ch/ if you are logged in under the tab MASTER QR CODE.

All available locker sizes are displayed in dark. Choose the size you want. (Image 10)

Place the delivery in the compartment and close the door. Then please press EXIT.(Image 11) The person you selected for delivery will now receive an email with a code to pick up the delivery.

If the locker is too small or you just want to cancel the delivery, select CANCEL in the lower left corner to cancel delivery. (Image 12)

Please make sure there is nothing left in the locker before confirming the cancellation. Press Yes, and then please close the compartment.
