Forgot Password

If you already have a SchlaueBox account but have forgotten your password, you can use the password recovery function to set a new password. Press Forgot your password? on the login screen (Image 2)

On the next screen (image 3), enter the email address you used to register the account and press SUBMIT. A message with a recovery link will be sent to this email address.

Image 3: Reset password

Press the link you received in your recovery email. You must now enter your email address, and then you can set a new password. At the end, press SUBMIT to complete the process. You are now ready to log in with the new password. Please remember the new password or keep it in a safe place. (image 4)
