How it works

1. Register an account

• only Swiss citizens and companies with a valid Swiss address can register
• by registering you will be assigned a CPL user name you can use in your orders
• by registering you will have access to all SmartBoxBasel city parcel lockers (CPL) in Basel

2. Order your package

• when placing an order enter your CPL user name and address of desired city parcel locker as delivery address

3. Delivery to CPL

• you will get a notification on your smartphone when the parcel is delivered to your locker

4. Pickup

• use the pickup code or QR code in your email to pickup your parcel
