Logging In

You must log in to the SmartBoxBasel Portal at least once with your account credentials and verify your physical address in order to be able to use the SchlaueBox. On the login screen (Image 1) enter your e-mail address and your password and press the LOGIN button. If you haven't registered an account yet, press Register new user.

Enter the Code you received in the letter to activate your account.

If you forgot your password, press Forgot your password? to start the password recovery procedure.
