Requirements
To run SmartBoxBasel User App you will need an Android or iOS based smartphone with bluetooth and Internet connection and location services should be enabled on your smartphone.
You have to have a valid Swiss address to register a new account.
- Android version can be downloaded from Google Play Store.
- iOS version for Apple devices can be downloaded from Apple App Store.
SmartBoxBasel user app requires connection to internet and bluetooth to be turned on. Please refer to troubleshooting guide for more details.
