Forgot Password

In case you have already registered to SmartBoxBasel, but you forgot your password you can use password recovery feature to set new password. On Sign in screen (Image 7) press Forgot your password?.

On the next screen (Image 8) type in the email address you have used to register the account and press Send. A message with recovery pin will be sent to that email address.

Once you receive the message with recovery pin return to the app and enter the new password into New password and Confirm password fields. Type in the pin recieved in the email message into Enter PIN field and press Done. You are now ready to use the app with new password. Remember the new password or store it at a safe location.
